Our hotel in Paris has changed (for the better, I think)!
We will now be staying 3 nights (March 25-28th) at:

The Trip Advisor comments are all pretty high, it's close to the Eiffel Tower, and it's a smaller "boutique" style hotel.
Oh, and since today is March 1, we're officially in "France Trip Month"!! 23 sleeps until we depart!
